Let’s
face it – your DJ is probably the most important factor
in whether or not your dance is successful, so why take
chances? At Feet First, we understand how important it is
to play a wide variety of music at every dance, because
students’ musical tastes are very diverse. To that
end, we have built our company on playing requests, and
have developed a musical library of over 30,000 songs and
3,000 artists. If you ask for it, we’ll play it.
Feet First regularly performs at over 100 schools throughout
California, and we have heard the same horror stories over
and over, about DJs playing songs full of profanity. Of
course, we don’t write the music, nor do we determine
what the students request. However, it is our company policy
to play only appropriate music for your school events, and
we use only radio-friendly edits.
When you hire Feet First to DJ a school dance, you are
not hiring a company simply to stand around and play music.
We feel that it is our job to get the students dancing,
and our interactive DJs can get any party going. By combining
your students’ musical requests with interactive dances,
instruction, contests, and games, the students will be participating
in no time. We lead by example, reminding the students that
dances are supposed to be FUN! This approach breaks down
the peer pressure just enough to entice everyone to have
a good time.
