Born in Miami, Lu actually grew up in Port-au-Prince, Haiti for the first 18 years of his life. Living on an island in the Caribbean but being allergic to shellfish, Lu learned how to overcome many obstacles at an early age. He focused his energy on achieving worthwhile goals, and today he is incredibly proud of the fact that he can finish an entire gallon of whole milk in one hour (please don't ask him to do at your wedding - because he will!). Being fluent in three languages, English, Creole and French, Lu can do it all, and our brides and corporate clients are always happy to have him at their events.
